Preparation:

Ensure the EQV Downpack device is fully charged and tips are sterilized before use .Select the appropriate tip size based on the clinical requirement.

Attachment:

Attach the chosen tip securely to the downpack device, ensuring it is properly fitted.

Heating:

Turn on the device and allow it to reach the pre-set temperature. The device heats almost instantaneously within 1 secondUse the visual and auditory indicators on the device to confirm that it has reached the desired temperature.

Application:

Gently insert the heated tip into the the root canal. Use the device to soften, diffuse, and pressurize the gutta-percha, ensuring it fills the canal and lateral branches accurately.

Cutting:

Once the gutta-percha is properly positioned, use the device to smoothly cut and shape the material as needed.

Post-Use:

Turn off the device and detach the tip. Clean and sterilize the tip after each use. Store the device and tips in a clean, dry place.
